Hello guys, so i am currently migrating our exchange server 2012 to office 365 exchange online using the hybrid connectivity approach (remote move).
20+ Exchange Mailbox Migration Stalled Pics. The moves seem to take an awfully long time. I am migrating a batch of 10 users and the i have notice that there is a stalled duration time what does that represent?

Bittitan enabled thyssenkrupp elevator to successfully migrate >33k mailboxes to microsoft 365 in five months. Click on + icon and move to a different database. Where the mailbox migrations were taking ages.
Most of the mailboxes migrated just fine.
Also, what should i expect in terms of migration time? Then restart the exchange mailbox replication service. So i've just completed an exchange 2007 to exchange 2013 mailbox migration and to be fair the majority of it went smoothly but it wasn't without a few first off, out of the box everything went very smoothly and infact exchange 2013 installed without a hitch, it was when i went to move the user. Can i just start it again?
