Has someone already made it? Eso and ultimate immersion presenting the new skyrim special edition mod list update. From my experience, rain still pours under roofs, at least in riverwood.
Introduction this mod will stop making rain and snow go through rooves and other things that should instead cover you.
I was testing out no snow under the roof and noticed this weird glitchy effect when moving towards/away from roofs. I'm using real snow hd 2k for textures, the hall of the vigilant fixes for nsutr, and better. However, due to skyrim se having this problem fixed by bethesda, it was taken out.
